(Photo) Moussa Sissoko’s disgusting stamp on Daniel James, Spurs star lucky to escape red card

Stamping on an opponent in a pre-season friendly. Really?

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko is guilty of going out of his way to injure Manchester United new boy Daniel James.

Always grounded on his back, James was left stood on as Sissoko made it look like he was trying to break free with possession near the corner flag.

James’ team-mates jumped to his support as a tussle amongst both teams took place on the pitch.

When VAR are introduced to the Premier League, Sissoko will need to watch himself because his stamp on James is undoubtedly a red card offence.

James has been fouled over and over again, but speedy wingers must learn how to deal with that.

It hasn’t stopped him running at Spurs which is hugely positive.

Gwan James, lad!
