Real Madrid reportedly regard Neymar as a transfer target for some point in the future.
According to Don Balon, Florentino Perez received a tip-off that a club in England is willing to pay more than the €320 million that Real Madrid apparently see as good value for the player.
The report suggests that it is Manchester United that are monitoring the Neymar saga and manager Jose Mourinho wants to add world-class talent to his team, noting David de Gea is the only player deserving of such status since he’s the best player in his position.

Mourinho wants to fix that in order to challenge for the Champions League and sees Neymar as the ideal ingredient.
Don Balon go one step further to suggest United are preparing an offer for Neymar and will put €275 million on the table as well as want-away star Anthony Martial, a player who likes Paris and has the approval of newly appointed coach Thomas Tuchel.
Shame Neymar is playing when Ronaldo and Messi are running things.
Will probably be the first to win Ballon d’Or after that pair are done hogging it.
After Anthony Martial, obviously.
