Oh, will he ever leave?
We’re getting rather impatient with the whole Marouane Fellaini saga. Jose Mourinho wants him to stay, but the Belgium international remains undecided because, quite clearly, he’s weighing up which club will offer him the most money.

There have been claims of AC Milan offering a three-year contract to Fellaini, who will see his Manchester United contract expire next month.
On Thursday, Gazzetta had a report on Milan’s transfers this summer and our friends at Sport Witness have translated a snippet from the article on Fellaini: ‘It will be a question of choices and accounts because Milan must also reinforce in midfield. Eye to Marouane Fellaini, United’s Belgian known for the body (big), the contract (heavy but expired) and the hair (inflated).
‘Fellaini is a free transfer and would have no problem accepting Milan even in the event o exclusion from the Europa League. The problem is that it asks for a very heavy contract – we are talking about €10m net per season – and in the last season, he had a very little impact. Possible news for him? Yes, already in the next four to five days.’
The journalist that wrote the above piece could sound more excited… but I don’t blame him, if his job is to cover Milan next season, with Fellaini’s potential arrival set to encourage a horrible brand of football.
Mourinho needs to make a call now. A saga of this nature doesn’t look good on United and, as well as that, the fans would rather he left.
Last week, Fellaini was called up to the Belgium squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, kicking off next month!
