Javier Hernandez has been speaking about he’s recent call up for Mexico and decided to have another dig at Manchester United and Moyes.

“I am very eager to play as my club don’t take me much into account. I hope I have the opportunity to play.

“When you are called up, you have to be thankful and if not called up, you have to keep working. I am very happy and thankful with this call-up, like I was when I was called up for the first time.”

The Mexican striker has only started 4 games under new manager David Moyes and this isn’t the first time he has expressed frustration. Several posts on Twitter or Instagram seemingly appear to be digs at Moyes and on one occasion van Persie, but he swiftly denied the latter.

It’s looking increasingly likely that he will leave this summer and that is probably for the best. Hernandez has not got many opportunities this season but whenever given minutes, the Mexican international has been poor, especially with an abysmal first touch.

However if Hernandez is frustrated at the amount of game time he receives, maybe he should work harder in training to try and prove to Moyes he’s good enough and stop moaning about it on social media.

Luke mate, I see your point about Chicharito getting to work and stop complaining, however, these days everyone under Moyes amounts to crap and stil get picked up to play, unlike Chicharito or Kagawa. You may say Hernandez is not technically gifted, and that goes without saying that after not playing much it is difficult to be match fit. However, we all know Chicharito puts his 100% in every game, I’m sure you would have seen him look truly alive against Olimpiakos in the middle of a dispirited display by United, yet good old Moyes decided not to put him to play even when chasing a goal, or two. No Luke, it is basically Moyes getting things very wrong and not playing his men the right way, including Chicharito. I hope he goes to a team where he can the chance to play and display his unique goal scoring capabilities.

    1. I totally agree that Moyes has got a lot of things wrong, especially with certain players but Hernandez simply won’t be a starter for us. With RVP & Rooney up front and in my opinion Welbeck is better than Hernandez. For example Januzaj and Kagawa HAD to start the Olympiacos game but Moyes didn’t pick them. I feel it’s just time for Chic to move on and Henriquez can step up to take his place.

Still we all know that Chicharito always gives his 100% in every game he gets a chance, you can be sure he would have looked alive against Olimpiakos in a game in which all of United looked dispirited and flat. Yet, Moyes decided not to play him even when chasing a goal or two. Chicharito works hard whenever given the opportunity, however it is Moyes that is getting everything SO wrong and not using his men the way he should, and that includes Chicharito. Anyway, I hope he can find a good team to play lots more and display his best skill, scoring goals.
