Manchester United didn’t get the result they wanted yesterday against Swansea at the Liberty Stadium. Despite creating a number of chances, we didn’t put them away and the game finished 1-1.
The talking point of the afternoon was the incident that ‘could have killed’ Robin van Persie. After being fouled at the end of the box, Ashley Williams intentionally kicked the ball off the back of his head. He was booked, and so was Van Persie for his reaction. Sir Alex Ferguson said it could have killed the Dutch striker, raising a few eyebrows.
