Fabrizio Romano has given Manchester United fans a large chunk hope in his latest update on Gianluigi Donnarumma.

However, the Italian has suddenly become one of the hottest topics on the market after failing to reach an agreement with PSG on a new contract. But while Romano identifies Man Utd as one of the main players in the race, he insists that INEOS must first offload one of their two goalkeepers, either their current No.1 Andre Onana or his understudy Altay Bayindir.
Moreover, MUFC must decide whether they want to pursue a world-class goalkeeper, or invest in a less celebrated profile like Senne Lammens who would cost less in terms of salary and transfer fee.
Nevertheless, it should be said that signing one of the finest goalkeepers in the world on a cut price is an opportunity not to be missed, so INEOS should certainly give their best shot on this particular front.
Romano also reveals that Bayern do appreciate the Euro 2020 hero, but they never made any concrete contact on this front, while Chelsea and Man City are unlikely to go after a shot-stopper this summer.
It would be fantastic to get this guy but Amorim must give up the idea of playing out from the back as this guy is not so good at it.

Senne Lammens will be a young choice but may be not ready yet to take over the No. 1 position immediately .
