Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has reportedly left his Manchester stars puzzled after making several changes in recent weeks.
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is under huge pressure as speculation continues around his future at the club.
INEOS’ football structure at Manchester United met in London for a pre-planned meeting to discuss several matters including the future of the Manchester United boss.
There remains uncertainty after the meeting with the latest sack claim in the media stating the Dutch coach is still under threat.
It has been a tough time for the Manchester United boss with only two wins in the opening seven Premier League fixtures including two Old Trafford 3-0 defeats against Tottenham Hotspur and bitter rival Liverpool.
However, one decision by the former Ajax manager has left the Red Devils stars baffled.
Erik ten Hag squad rotation baffling Manchester United stars

Manchester United stars are reportedly baffled by Ten Hag’s decision to heavily rotate his starting XI in recent weeks, with Marcus Rashford one of the players most often rotated out.
The Dutch coach made a su[rising call to rotate Lisandro Martinez and Matthijs de Ligt out for Harry Maguire and veteran Jonny Evans for the 0-0 draw at Villa Park against Aston Villa.
According to the Daily Mail, many Manchester United stars are confused and frustrated at Ten Hag’s current rotation policy.
The report notions that several Red Devils want to play more regularly as they look to build more rhythm in the coming weeks to improve the club’s form.
It remains to be seen if the Dutch coach is still in the Old Trafford hot seat after the international break, but if he is not dismissed by Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the former Ajax coach has a lot of work to do to turn things around.

ETH rotation style is totally out. You can rotate players but depend on the opponent team. ETH is to be replaced if the MU management want a change in style/technique of playing. Get ETH replaced at once before the next game.
I just can’t understand how once on the pitch the players don’t seem to want to win games. The only way to win is to score goals yet there is very little effort being put in from the players. As much as the Manager picks the team, the players also have to take responsibility. Another thing I can’t understand is why we are not playing with two strikers, they are both fit and we should now be playing a 4. 4. 2 formation.
To rotate is not a bad idea but doing that frequently is. Also, from all the United games I’ve watched this season, I’ve not seen a particular technique or solid style the team is functioning with, ETH has to opt that. Our formation is bad, what is the essence of having 4 defenders and also play 2 defensive midfielders. Playing a striker up from the worst. Once the ball passes through the lone striker, that’s the end of the attack. United and ETH have to to a 4-4-2 formation to have more attacking treat
The pressure ETH is under has been created my the media with lots speculation and no evidence. If this had been in the workplace the media’s crusade against ETH would have been classed as bullying or harassment. The meeting this week was a normal monthly board meeting and to sack ETH as the media frenzy suggested. There is a plan in place and there obviously a lot going on behind the scenes which no one outside the club know about. Just let the bloke do his job and Ineos make their decisions as and when they see fight and stop this gutter press speculation every five minutes.
