Ethan Wheatley has signed his first-ever professional contract at Manchester United.
The 18-year-old has been rewarded for his progression in the academy and will now aim to continue his development at the club for the foreseeable future.
Wheatley took to Instagram to confirm his new deal at Old Trafford, writing: “Proud moment for me to sign my first professional contract @manchesterunited. Thanks to my family and all of those who have made this possible. The hard work continues.”

The young forward is right when he says the hard work continues. In fact, it’s only starting as he’ll aim to one day get a chance in the first team.
