Peter Crouch predicts result ahead of Tottenham’s trip to Old Trafford

Tottenham Hotspur travel to Manchester United on Sunday and Peter Crouch has cast his verdict on the biggest Premier League meeting of the weekend.

The Ange Postecoglou reign got underway with a high earlier this season, but they’ve since had a few bumps along the road, which is to be expected whenever a new manager takes charge of a club.

United are inconsistent at best going into the game, but should be out looking for revenge after losing the reverse fixture 2-0 when we travelled to Tottenham.

Speaking on his podcast, former Spurs and England striker Peter Crouch previewed the match and predicted the result.

“Son is away, but I still don’t think United will get the job done, personally no, so I’ve gone for a draw, 1-1,” Crouch told his listeners.

There is no denying that it’s a difficult game to call because none of us know which United will show up. Tottenham have been stronger this season, but on our day our fancy us to turn them.
