Manchester United were boosted by the news that five injured players will be back from injury in January, although none of them will be available for Saturday’s clash at Nottingham Forest.
Erik ten Hag told reporters at his pre-match press conference that he will have the same squad available from the comeback win over Aston Villa on Boxing Day.
This is also likely to be Andre Onana’s final Premier League game before he jets off for the Africa Cup of Nations, and it remains to be seen if he will be available for the upcoming FA Cup tie against Wigan.

Onana will start between the sticks, behind a back four consisting of Diogo Dalot, Raphael Varane, Jonny Evans and Luke Shaw.
Kobbie Mainoo can expect to start in the middle after another impressive display in a United shirt. He will be joined by Christian Eriksen and Bruno Fernandes.
Meanwhile, the front three of Rasmus Hojlund, Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho could keep their places.
