(Video) Bruno Fernandes sets up Cristiano Ronaldo with low cross in 3-2 win over Slovakia

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes inspired Portugal to a 3-2 win over Slovakia in a Euro 2024 qualifier on Friday night.

The playmaker set up Goncalo Ramos with a perfect cross on 18 minutes, but Fernandes’ goal contributions didn’t stop there.

It wasn’t long before Cristiano Ronaldo stood up to the penalty spot to double Portugal’s lead over Slovakia.

However, Slovakia then grabbed a goal back through David Hancko with 20 minutes left on the clock. That’s when Fernandes registered his second assist of the night, with a low cross tapped home by Ronaldo for his second of the night.

Slovakia weren’t done there. They scored again to make it 3-2 in Porto.

Meanwhile, United full-back Diogo Dalot played the full 90 minutes.

Next up for Portugal is a game against Bosnia and Herzegovina on Monday.
