Manchester United got back to winning ways in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Burnley. Since last night a number of our players have took to social media.
A late first-half goal from Bruno Fernandes helped United gain control for the remainder of the match.
It was an incredible strike that came from a wonderful through ball over the top by Jonny Evans, and Burnley had nothing to throw at us in the second half.
There are a number of positives we can take from the game as several players put in a good shift to grind out the result.
Erik ten Hag hailed the team spirit shown and we’ll need to see more of that in the coming weeks if United are to build any real momentum this season.
