Manchester United have reportedly been made aware of Rasmus Hojlund’s asking price ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to a new update from Football Insider 24/7, Atalanta value their forward around the £52 million mark and would expect clubs to fork up that amount to prise him from their grasp in the coming months.

Hojlund has netted 15 goals in all competitions across the 2022/2023 campaign and contributed a further seven assists.

He received plaudits following his debut for Denmark after he announced himself on the international stage by scoring a hat-trick against Finland in a Euro 2024 qualifying match.

Ten Hag’s striker search continues

Erik ten Hag has outlined the 20-year-old as a potential option to lead the line at Old Trafford. Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen are seen as top targets but considering the amount of money their clubs will demand, Hojlund could prove to be a cheaper and younger alternative.
