Kyle Walker sends warning to Manchester United ahead of FA Cup final

Manchester City defender Kyle Walker is determined to add the FA Cup and Champions League to their Premier League triumph this season.

City were confirmed as Premier League champions for a third consecutive season over the week. Arsenal continued to bottle their attempts to win the title by losing at Nottingham Forest, which led to City lifting the title after beating Chelsea 1-0 on Sunday.

Imagine winning titles while being investigated for cheating? Typical City that…

Anyhow, Pep Guardiola’s side have two league games left to play before two huge finals. The first comes against Manchester United in the FA Cup final on June 3. Erik ten Hag will be aiming to complete the cup double after winning the Carabao Cup in February.

United will want to win the cup double but they should also be desperate to end City’s hopes of equalling our treble-winning side of 1999.

“This group of lads are second to none, they’re winners and that’s how we get across the line more times than not,” Walker told Sky Sports, as quoted by the Manchester Evening News.

“But we’re not finished, we’ve got the FA Cup against our bitter rivals and the Champions League final on June 10. We will enjoy it today, we will have a few glasses of champagne but then we move onto June, which is the big one and hopefully we can create history with this great club.”

Inter Milan stand in City’s way when it comes to the Champions League final.
