Journalist spots Ten Hag’s furious reaction to forward’s lack of pressing

Journalist and reporter Samuel Luckhurst has spotted Erik ten Hag growing frustrated on the touchline.

The Red Devils’ evening clash with Brighton and Hove Albion at the Amex is currently goalless, with both sides showing considerable attacking threat in the first half.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka certainly has his work cut out for the night, as Kaoru Mitoma is looking lively and confident on the wing.

Ten Hag furious at Martial

Luckhurst shared an in-game update to United fans on Twitter, suggesting that Ten Hag has been forced to voice his frustrations at Anthony Martial for the forward’s lack of pressing.

The reporter said that the Dutch boss gave Martial a “rollicking” from the sidelines.

Roberto De Zerbi has his side well-trained at playing out from the back and they’re perhaps one of the best teams in the Premier League at doing so.

It does, however, give the Reds something to try and capitalise on if our attackers keep on top of their goal-kicks.

  1. No quality in the final third. Alot of individual game. Anthony not a good winger in all aspects. Bruno is below today. Wanna bissaka lacks confidence

  2. People will be saying there’s quality in this Man Utd team but yet I see suckers, lazy and scam players. This old Man Utd players will frustrate Eric Ten Hag if he didn’t voice out this summer to get more quality upfront players. Rashford is a one goal in one match player, I don’t just understand why we spend 100million on Antony and instead leave Cody Gakpo for Liverpool or instead buy a 2 footed winger. I’m just fed up with this team players and their recent performers
