Manchester United are believed to be among the clubs chasing World Cup winner Alexis Mac Allister, who has been at Brighton since 2019 following a transfer from Argentines Juniors.
The bad news for Brighton fans is that it sounds like a decision on Mac Allister’s future has been made, although it remains to be seen where the midfielder will end up at the end of the season.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano claims it is 100 per cent likely that Mac Allister will leave The Seagulls this summer, amid interest from Manchester United and Liverpool.

Mac Allister’s representatives are hoping for an early transfer, but with United’s potential takeover hit with delays, it remains to be seen if Erik ten Hag will have the transfer budget required.
United face a Mac Allister-inspired Brighton side this weekend in the FA Cup semi-final.
It remains to be seen how much he will cost at the end of the season.
