It must be frustrating for Erik ten Hag not knowing who will own Manchester United in the coming months. This makes it incredibly difficult for the manager to plan ahead of the transfer window.

According to the Daily Mail, Ten Hag wants United to challenge Man City and Real Madrid for Jude Bellingham’s signature. But sources understand the Red Devils’ plans are hamstrung by uncertainty over who will own the club this summer.

With bidders asked to make a third offer later this month, there are growing fears that a takeover won’t go through before the end of the season. Former United right-back Gary Neville has criticised the Glazers for dragging things out.

It is believed that Liverpool have withdrawn from the race to sign Bellingham. The Mail claims they have decided to use what funds they have available to rebuild the team with more than one or two signings.

The 19-year-old would command a British record transfer fee. Let us know in the comments section if you think Bellingham is worth it.
