Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has been dealt a lot of criticism this season, despite ranking high in the clean sheets chart.

There’s no denying that there are parts of De Gea’s game that need to improve, but there is a number of fans who want to see him replaced in the summer.

De Gea registered his 12th Premier League clean sheet of the season last night – in United’s 1-0 win over Brentford.

The Spaniard is just one clean sheet behind current leader Nick Pope, who was unable to registered his 14th clean sheet of the season when Newcastle beat West Ham 5-1 on Wednesday night.

De Gea is level with Aaron Ramsdale on 12 clean sheets.
