Aaron Wan-Bissaka considers summer exit from Old Trafford to secure game time elsewhere

Manchester United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka is weighing up his options regarding a potential summer exit from Old Trafford.

The 25-year-old oversaw a difficult start to the season due to falling down the pecking order with the arrival of Erik ten Hag, who favoured Portugal international Diogo Dalot at right-back.

That was until the World Cup though, when Dalot picked up an injury whilst on international duty in Qatar and returned to Manchester unavailable to play. Ten Hag was forced to utilise Wan-Bissaka, who has been arguably faultless since then.

The Englishman has now made 12 starts across the campaign and has played a pivotal role in the defence keeping so many clean sheets. His one-on-one tackling is second to none and sets him aside from so many other defenders across Europe.

However, Football Insider has reported that Wan-Bissaka is considering leaving United at the end of the season to try and secure more game time elsewhere. Ten Hag will reportedly try and sign a new right-back in the next transfer window and with him already playing second fiddle to Dalot, another addition to rival the position would likely force him out the door.
