Casemiro is already a fans’ favourite at Manchester United since his summer arrival from Real Madrid.
In a short space of time, the Brazil international has become a key component in Erik ten Hag’s side but we shouldn’t be surprised as he has been one of the best midfielders in the world for a considerable amount of time.
Casemiro has helped transform United as a unit – not only in defence, but his passing has contributed to many attacks this season.

At one point in the game, Casemiro spent a brief period playing without one of his boots. Casemiro removed part of his footwear and proceeded to play on, running around in order to protect United’s back four against Barcelona.
