Premier League announce potential date for Manchester United vs Leeds clash

Manchester United will host Leeds United in the Premier League on Wednesday 8 February at 8pm (GMT), granted both teams avoid a replay in the FA Cup fourth round.

In order to give supporters as much notice as possible, the Premier League has announced a potential fixture date, as per Samuel Luckhurst.

Leeds take on Accrington Stanley or non-league Boreham Wood on Saturday.

Jesse Marsh’s side will find out their opponents later this week before their fourth round tie takes place on Saturday 28 January.

The Reds host Championship side Reading at Old Trafford. It’s been a while since Paul Ince has been at Old Trafford and we’ve no doubt he will be looking to take his new side on a cup run to remember.

United were originally set to host Leeds earlier this season but the meeting was postponed following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.

Hopefully we can progress in the FA Cup without needing a replay, while Leeds get knocked out!
