Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly prioritised the loan signing of Manchester United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
That is according to Santi Aouna, who has confirmed the Midlands side’s interest in United’s defender.
Wan-Bissaka is under contract with the Red Devils until 2024, which is likely why Wolves are aiming to oversee a loan spell, as they would be forced to pay a significant fee to buy him out of his current agreement.
Should United let Wan-Bissaka leave?
At the start of the season, many Reds would have likely said ‘yes’. However, Diogo Dalot’s injury forced Erik ten Hag to start the Englishman and he was rewarded with faultless performances.

Wan-Bissaka kept four clean sheets and offered four dominant displays at right-back and, despite Dalot now returning from injury, gave no reason as to why he should be replaced in the starting 11.
Also, if United oversaw his departure, we would need to then sign a new player to bolster the position. Given our luck searching for a striker this month, weeks of speculation regarding right-backs is the last thing we need.
