Manchester United have reclaimed their lead against Everton in the FA Cup, with Marcus Rashford once again being at the heart of their attacking fortunes.
Antony gave the Reds an early lead, with the Brazilian scoring after roughly three minutes. Rashford continued his red-hot form by assisting that goal and he has now done it again.
The two sides went into half-time level but United asserted their dominance early after the interval and it didn’t take long for their dominance to pay dividends.
Rashford was up against Seamus Coleman on the left-hand side and the Irish legend stood no chance against the 25-year-old, who launched the ball into the box before Conor Coady poked it into his own net, as seen below.

Interestingly, it was also Coady that equalised in the first half after a blunder from David de Gea. That incident was, however, one of very few attacking sequences from the visitors.
United will fancy their chances of comfortably seeing this game out now and securing their passage to the fourth round of the FA Cup.
A draw would mean that a replay would be played at Goodison Park, with extra-time and penalties not in use until the fifth round of the competition.
Strange my previous comment disappeared, a bit truthful I must admit.
Strange that when De Gea messed up it was a catastrophic error, but when Coady does it was forced, lol.
