Manchester United are one of several clubs interested in Borussia Dortmund’s Youssoufa Moukoko.
The 18-year-old made his World Cup debut for Germany last month when he came on as a substitute against Japan and the teenager is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after prospects across Europe.
It was confirmed by Fabrizio Romano that Dortmund are yet to offer Moukoko a new deal, despite his current contract expiring next summer. Clubs will be free to negotiate with him in January.
However, according to Ben Jacobs, some Premier League sides are willing to oversee a deal for the teenager as soon as January, rather than waiting until he is out of contract at the end of the season. Chelsea reportedly lead the race but United, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are also interested, as well as Barcelona showing interest from Spain.

Moukoko’s numbers show why United should sign him
The German international has six goals and six assists in 22 appearances across all competitions at club level this season.
His numbers at youth level are outstanding; 47 goals and 10 assists in 25 appearances for Dortmund U19 and 90 goals and 16 assists in 56 matches for the U17s – clearly, he has the potential to be an exceptional striker and prolific goalscorer.
