Amad Diallo is enjoying quite the loan spell at Sunderland at the moment and the young Ivorian has just extended his hot streak with the Black Cats.
Amad joined the Championship club ahead of this season following a failed loan at Rangers last season and initially, he was struggling to impress manager Tony Mowbray.
He swiftly overcame the troublesome first couple of weeks and now, halfway through the season, he is one of the first names on the teamsheet at the Stadium of Light.
Ahead of tonight’s clash with West Bromwich Albion, Amad had scored four goals in his previous six appearances. Now, he has scored five in seven after converting a penalty he also won, as seen below.

It’s the latest strike in his stellar patch of form and hopefully, he can continue to impress and perhaps he will be under consideration by Erik ten Hag next summer.
As things stand, United are well-stocked in wide positions but Amad’s talent can only be contained so long. Sunderland are currently seventh in the Championship and are hoping to earn promotion to the top flight for the first time since they were relegated in 2017.
