(Video) ‘He’ll only get better’ – Bryan Robson hails Manchester United star Casemiro

Manchester United legend Bryan Robson has warned the rest of the Premier League that Casemiro is only going to get better after the World Cup.

The 30-year-old has become a vital part of Erik ten Hag’s side this season after joining the club from Real Madrid in a £60m transfer.

Bryan Robson, who knows a thing or two about being a fantastic midfielder for Manchester United, believes the Brazil international will only get better after the World Cup.

Speaking in an interview with the Webby & O’Neill YouTube channel, Robson compared Casemiro’s ability to read the game to that of Paul Scholes: “Casemiro has done terrific. He knows the game – he knows where to be on the pitch, he gets into great positions to intercept and get tackles in, but he’s a really good passer of the ball, and he sees the picture.

“He’s a bit like Scholesy as far as seeing the picture before the ball even comes to you. He’s great at playing the ball forward.

“I think he’ll only get better when they come back from the World Cup.”
