Cody Gakpo and Frenkie de Jong have all-but-secured qualification to the Round of 16 for Netherlands this afternoon.
The Dutch lead Qatar 2-0 at the Al Bayt Stadium and are on course to finish the group-stage as Group A winners.
Gakpo opened the scoring and netted his third goal in three consecutive World Cup matches. The forward is in prolific form at club level for PSV and has dispayed his prolific ability on the world stage. He is rumoured to be a target for Erik ten Hag in January, especially now Cristiano Ronaldo has exited the club.

De Jong was pursued by Ten Hag throughout the entire summer transfer window before ultimately deciding to stay at Barcelona. Several reports insist the Reds will continue their pursuit over the next transfer windows.
