Cristiano Ronaldo opened a war of words with Manchester United by taking part in an exclusive interview with Piers Morgan.
Not only did Ronaldo claim to feel betrayed at Old Trafford, but he hit out at Wayne Rooney to prove he isn’t capable of taking constructive criticism.
However, in the same interview, he slammed former interim manager Ralf Rangnick.
“If you’re not even a coach, how are you going to be the boss of Manchester United? I’d never even heard of him.”
🗣️ “This guy is not even a coach, it surprised not only me but all the world. Nothing changed, I saw many things that I was used to seeing when I was 20, 21.”

There won’t be many parts of this interview that United fans will agree with, but this may be an angle that registers with quite a few of us.
Rangnick turned out to be a disaster appointment but I think this interview tells us more about Ronaldo than anything else.
