Confirmed Manchester United line-up vs La Real: Garnacho and Van de Beek starts, Rashford benched

Manchester United take on Real Sociedad in the Europa League and need to win by two goals to top their group. Erik ten Hag has named his starting line-up to hopefully get the job done.

La Real have won all their matches in the Europa League this season, including a 1-0 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford.

In goal this evening, David de Gea will be on the lookout for another clean sheet.

Diogo Dalot starts at right-back on the opposite flank to Luke Shaw. At centre-back, Lisandro Martinez is partnered by Victor Lindelof.

The midfield consists of Casemiro, Christian Eriksen and Donny van de Beek.

There’s also a surprise inclusion for Alejandro Garnacho in tonight’s XI, after impressing in last week’s victory over FC Sheriff.

The youngster joins Bruno Fernandes and Cristiano Ronaldo in attack.

The biggest surprise, however, is to see Marcus Rashford on the bench. We can expect him to be a solid impact sub on the night.
