West Ham have major injury doubt ahead of Manchester United clash

West Ham have been dealt a blow ahead of Sunday’s clash with Manchester United after Jarrod Bowen sat out their midweek win over Silkeborg in the Europa League Conference.

None of West Ham’s concern me all that much – but Bowen is one of their better players.

When asked about Bowen, who has played every Premier League game so far this season, David Moyes was unable to offer any reassurances to West Ham fans that he will be ready in time.

Moyes explained that Bowen was a doubt while Lucas Paqueta is still ruled out with injury.

“Jarrod has done a little bit of running on the grass so we will see. Paqueta will be unavailable until next week,” Moyes told reporters, as per the Manchester Evening News.

West Ham could also be without Craig Dawson and Maxwel Cornet.

Bowen will hope his recent injuries doesn’t ruin his dreams of going to the World Cup in Qatar next month. He was picked ahead of Jadon Sancho for the Nations League matches against Italy and Germany last month but did not get a single minute on the pitch.

England’s first match of the World Cup kicks-off in three weeks!
