Francis Uzoho shares emotional message after Old Trafford performance

Manchester United beat Omonia 1-0 in the Europa League on Thursday night.

Everyone was happy with the result but also with a member of the opposition as Francis Uzoho, a Manchester United, performed out of his skin for Omonia.

The goalkeeper made an astonishing 12 saves to deny United, who eventually found the winner through Scott McTominay in stoppage time.

After the game, Uzoho tweeted: “Today my dream came through. Old Trafford I will never forget tonight. GGMU. In Christ alone.”

Manchester United issued a response, saying: “Respect for your performance tonight – all the best for the rest of the season.”
