Ten Hag goes strong: confirmed Man United line-up vs Omonia

Manchester United are gearing up to face Omonia in the Europa League again after they sealed a dramatic win over the Cypriot side last Thursday.

The group minnows are welcomed to Old Trafford and United have the opportunity to take a big step toward qualification to the next round, with victory potentially sealing their passage.

All eyes were on Erik ten Hag’s teamsheet ahead of the game, with some suggesting that the Dutchman could opt to rotate his squad ahead of an increasingly busy schedule. Thus far, Ten Hag has been reluctant to use his fringe players and has relied on the same players to get United moving.

That is not the case, however, with Ten Hag going close to full-strength with his picks tonight. Cristiano Ronaldo is back in the side after his goalscoring substitute appearance against Everton.

Confirmed Man United line-up: De Gea – Dalot, Lindelöf, Martinez, Malacia – Casemiro, Fred – Antony, Bruno, Rashford – Ronaldo.

Christian Eriksen is given a well-deserved rest whilst there is no place for Jadon Sancho in the side after he was dropped for the game at Goodison Park.

Fred, who was tipped to be a crucial player under Ten Hag, has a point to prove whilst Antony will be aiming to extend his fabulous start to life in Manchester.
