(Video) Roy Keane hilariously references Denmark’s 5-1 win over Ireland in Christian Eriksen interview

After watching Manchester United beat Arsenal at Old Trafford, Roy Keane shared a funny moment with new signing Christian Eriksen on the side of the pitch.

Keano was again at the centre of attention during Sky’s coverage of United’s victory over Arsenal.

While speaking to Sky Sports, the former United captain was serenaded with chants of ‘Keano, Keano’ from the Stretford End.

The panel were joined by both Erik ten Hag and Christian Eriksen pitch-side after the match.

Dean Jones opened the chat up to questions from the panel, but Keane was interested in asking Eriksen any questions after a previous meeting between the pair – when the playmaker scored a hat-trick during a 5-1 World Cup play-off humbling against the Republic of Ireland.

“I have no questions to ask you because I’m still upset over Dublin, when you scored for Denmark, so I’ll pass you on,” Keane said. “I’m still upset with you.”

To rub salt into the Corkman’s wounds, Eriksen let him know that he had a good night out in Dublin.
