Sergej Milinkovic-Savic was linked with a move to Manchester United this summer, but his agent claims that he will remain at Lazio this summer.
The 27-year-old was linked with a move to Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain this summer, as is the case every summer, but he won’t be leaving Rome anytime soon.
Mateja Kezman, who represents Milinkovic-Savic, says a decision has been made and his client will be going nowhere before deadline day.
“The decision has been made: he will stay at Lazio this summer,” Kezman said, as quoted by the Manchester Evening News.
The Serb has two years left on his current deal at Lazio.
I have no doubt in my mind that Milinkovic-Savic will be linked with a move to United again next summer. The Italian newspapers will be drafting their articles to publish in January too.
