Manchester United are edging closer to making their fourth senior signing of the summer.
The Red Devils, who were convincingly beaten 2-1 by Brighton and Hove Albion on Sunday, appear to have delved back into the transfer market in search of some more additions.
Two names to emerge as surprise candidates to move to Old Trafford before the end of the window next month have been Bologna striker Marko Arnautovic and Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

In fact, ten Hag is so keen to recruit the 27-year-old France international that he held direct talks with the energetic midfielder on Monday.
Since joining Juventus on a free transfer from PSG back in 2019, Rabiot, who has just one year left on his contract, has gone on to feature in 129 matches, in all competitions, directly contributing to 12 goals along the way.
