Dean Henderson completes loan move to Nottingham Forest

Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson has joined newly promoted side, Nottingham Forest, on loan until the end of the season.

Following a disappointing season at Old Trafford, which Henderson spent on the bench, the academy graduate has plunged his way back into first-team action.

Henderson will be Nottingham Forest’s first choice keeper next season and their fans will be excited about that as he’s already proven to be a top performer in the top-flight from his second stint at Sheffield United.

The news was also confirmed by transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Steve Cooper will be setting out his stalls to ensure Forest stay in the Premier League next season and he’s now got a top option between the posts to give them every chance.

Hopefully, Henderson can impress at Forest like James Garner did last season because that would give United two better options that what they have now. It won’t only see his value rise in the transfer market but it could also put him in contention to be Erik ten Hag’s number one.

  1. Man utd should prepare 70m for Anthony. Anthony was absent in Ajax training today. This means Anthony is calling utd to come and get him.
