(Photo) Stunning Marcus Rashford mural unveiled in Manchester

A new painting has sprung up on a wall in the Shudehill area of Manchester – showing online abuse for highlighting praise for Marcus Rashford.

Manchester is full of incredible street art, some already featuring Rashford, but this one is really something special and sends a powerful message. The design has been painted onto the façade of the Hare and Hounds pub which is close to Manchester Victoria railway station and the Northern Quarter.

Full credit to artist Reuben Dangoor who teamed up with audio company Beats for the piece titled ‘FORM IS TEMPORARY, CLASS IS PERMANENT’.

Rashford has struggled for form this season after recovering from a serious injury.

Unfortunately, that has led to media speculation about his future which only contributions to the conversation on social networks.

As someone I know loves United, it must be an awful feeling when things don’t go his way on the pitch, but I’ve seen footballers bounce back from difficult periods in the past. Rashford wouldn’t be the first.

I certainly hope that under Erik ten Hag we will see Rashford rediscover his best form, despite being fearful that we have wasted a lot of his development on mishandling him down the years.
