Inter Milan emerge as favourites to sign Manchester United linked Paulo Dybala

Paulo Dybala gets linked to Manchester United every year.

The Argentine playmaker looks set to leave Juventus on a free transfer this summer, with his contract due to expire in June, but it won’t be long before a mainstream outlet attempts to convince you that Erik ten Hag wants him at Old Trafford.

Perhaps he does. All I’m saying is a lot of the transfer news we are fed is predictable at best.

For instance, if Lautaro Martinez leaves Inter Milan, it won’t be long before Manchester United is listed as a potential destination for the fellow Argentine.

Manchester United and Arsenal have already shown an interest in signing Dybala (via ESPN), however, a recent report from 90min suggests that Inter Milan have now emerged as favourites to sign the Argentina international.

The report adds that Inter Milan will be desperate to land a world class forward if Martinez leaves this summer.

For what it’s worth, I think United need a goalscorer and a right winger with pace instead of a player like Dybala.

Inter Milan would struggle to sign a world class player unless it was a free transfer. It remains to be seen if United are serious about signing Dybala, but I wouldn’t bank on that after Bruno Fernandes recently put pen to paper on a new deal.
