Arsenal vs Man United confirmed line-ups: Maguire out, Ronaldo returns

Manchester United are in the process of preparing for a fierce encounter at the Emirates against long-time rivals Arsenal in Saturday’s early Premier League kick-off.

The Red Devils, led by interim boss Ralf Rangnick, are still in with a chance of qualifying for next season’s Champions League – albeit a slim one after being thumped 4-0 by Liverpool last time out.

However, looking to upset the form charts, Rangnick, who will know that his side has not won at the Emirates since former managers Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho were in charge, will be desperate for the Red Devils to put on a better performance this weekend.

Ahead of what looks set to be a hugely competitive game in the country’s capital, both sides have named their starting 11.

Fans of United have learned that defender and club captain Harry Maguire has been dropped down to the bench with the likes of Anthony Elanga, Jadon Sancho and star striker Cristiano Ronaldo all being recalled to lead the side’s attack.

Elsewhere, Gunners’ boss Mikel Arteta has opted to stick with young forward Eddie Nketiah after he netted a brace against rivals, Chelsea, earlier in the week.
