Manchester United left-back Alex Telles has leapt to the defence of star striker and club legend Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo, who is currently enjoying his second Old Trafford coming, has come under fire in recent months with some critics labelling his stature a ‘problem’ behind-the-scenes.

However, following a superb match-winning hat-trick against Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League last weekend, Telles feels that having the world’s highest ever goalscorer in the team is only a good thing.
Speaking to BT Sport, the Brazilian defender, when asked what impact Ronaldo has, said: “Cristiano has never been a problem for us. Only a solution.”
