Anthony Elanga uses his pace to punish Atletico Madrid.
A cushioned header by Cristiano Ronaldo saw the ball arrive to Bruno Fernandes’ feet before his Portuguese colleague teed Anthony Elanga up to run clear on goal.
The youngster didn’t panic and showed why Ralf Rangnick has constantly put faith in him since arriving at the club.
United may have been second best in most departments on the night, but Elanga has come off the bench to make an instant impact, after replacing Marcus Rashford with just over 10 minutes left.
The academy graduate kept his cool in front of goal and slid the ball past Jan Oblak to make it 1-1.
Anthony Elanga with a MASSIVE goal for Man Utd!
So many stars struggling all evening and an academy graduate comes off the bench to bag the goal 🙌

The coolest boy in the stadium!
1-1 would be a good result to take back to Old Trafford.
