Marcelo Brozovic throws Inter future into doubt amid Barcelona and Manchester United links

Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic refused to commit his future to the Nerazzurri amid reports linking him with Barcelona and Manchester United.

The Croatian playmaker is under contract until next summer and he will be available to talk to European clubs in January.

Last night, Brozovic was asked for an update about a possible contract extension with the club, but refused to commit his future to Inter, where he has 25 goals in 253 appearances.

“Let’s see, we have to understand what they [Inter] say these days,” Brozovic told SportsMediaset as quoted by Tuttomercatoweb.

The midfielder, who joined Inter from Dinamo Zagreb in 2015, started in Inter’s 3-1 win over Sheriff last night and played 85 minutes.

But Barcelona and Manchester United (via Express) have both been linked with his services, even though he is not exactly the profile of midfielder we should be targeting right now.

If he fails to sign a new deal with the Nerazzurri by the end of the year, it is possible that he will sign a pre-contract with another club, ahead of a free transfer in the summer.
