(Video) Bruno Fernandes scores Portugal’s third after Cristiano Ronaldo brace

Portugal’s World Cup qualifier against Luxembourg is turning out to be quite the outing for Fernando Santos’ side. The home side, who are currently top of their qualifying group, took an early lead in the game through Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo.

The forward scored two penalties inside the first 13 minutes of the game, putting the clash to bed before it had even started. Bruno Fernandes, who is still the main man at Manchester United, had no interest in being upstaged by his team-mate and decided to get in on the act.

The 27-year-old midfielder scored Portugal’s third in slick fashion, latching onto a pass before driving the ball into the bottom far corner, as seen above.
