Manchester United’s Portuguese trio were all in action on Saturday evening as Portugal overcame Qatar in an international friendly.
Ronaldo played the first half and scored the first goal of the game, assisted by Diogo Dalot. Fernandes played the final 13 minutes of the game after being rested.
Ronaldo could, however, have scored more than the one goal in his 45-minute outing, having been presented with a golden opportunity just moments before he scored his goal.

Dalot picked the 36-year-old out with an incredible pass but the superstar forward couldn’t find the target with his effort. It is encouraging for Manchester United fans, however, to see two of their players linking up on the international stage.
