Manchester United’s young Uruguayan winger Facundo Pellistri is expected to leave the club on loan this summer with a return to Alaves still a possibility.
The teenager was, however, still involved in United’s first pre-season fixture of the summer as they took on Wayne Rooney’s Derby County.
Tahith Chong had given the Reds a first-half lead with a scruffy effort and wholesale changes were made to the side when the teams made their way back onto the pitch for the second half.

Facundo Pellistri was one of the players introduced and it didn’t take long for the exciting winger to make his presence known in the game as he scored a sublime goal. Shola Shoretire, who was also brought on at the interval, found Pellistri with a perfectly weighted pass before the Uruguayan rounded the Derby goalkeeper.
The goal, just before the hour-mark, gave Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side a two-goal cushion.
