Man United want third big signing after Raphael Varane

Manchester United are looking to sign Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane, however, following the successful medical of Jadon Sancho, according to reports, the club may not be done there.

That’s according to a recent report from MEN, who claims the Red Devils’ hierarchy are looking to make a third ‘significant’ signing.

The club has been strongly linked with French World Cup winner Varane, who is understood to prefer a switch to Old Trafford.

Although a deal is not yet wrapped up, it has already been reported that the club is eyeing a third signing.

MEN’s report doesn’t state which player, or even which position the club’s decision-makers may be targeting.

However, following a bumper £73m agreement for Sancho and no doubt a decent fee for Varane, should the club continue their summer spending spree, fans will likely view this window as one of the most exciting in recent years.
