It is understood that a fee of just under £73m has been agreed between the two clubs. All we are waiting on now is for Sancho to complete his medical which is likely to be held up with the winger currently competing at Euro 2020.
City got £8m when he left their Academy for Dortmund in 2017, but they also negotiated a 15% share of any future transfer. He left City after turning down a contract and to search for regular first team football.
Now he is set to return to England with a lot to prove.
City were not in the mix to re-sign Sancho this summer and United have had a clear run at the player.
