BVB identify Jadon Sancho replacement ahead of Manchester United transfer

Borussia Dortmund are already planning for life without Jadon Sancho.

Ruhr Nachrichten claim Dortmund are keeping track of PSV Eindhoven forward Noni Madueke as the player they want to replace Sancho, who is reportedly headed to Manchester United.

Madueke, 19, is an England youth international who came through Tottenham’s academy.

When you consider the profit they will make from selling Sancho, it’s no wonder that they are trying to repeat the same process again, with English talent.

Elsewhere, Todo Fichajes suggest Arsenal are likely to make a move for Madueke, but Dortmund won’t need to worry about financing the deal or competing with other clubs once they get their money for Sancho.

That way United could sign Sancho and potentially spoil Arsenal’s transfer plans at the same time.

This is only good news for United because it means we are edging closer to getting a deal done for the England international. It could be a blessing in disguise that he is not featuring a lot for England at Euro 2020, too.
