Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has reassured the club’s fans that despite more protests leading up to Thursday’s game against Liverpool, the side remains fully focused and have not been disrupted.
United and Liverpool’s Premier League match was originally scheduled to take place on 2, May, however, following fierce protests outside and inside of Old Trafford, the league’s regulators were left with no choice but to postpone it until Wednesday night.
Although many fans have gathered outside of the club’s ground once again, Fernandes, who spoke ahead of the game, has confirmed that he remains unaffected and is fully focused on what he expected to be a ‘difficult game’.
🗣”So not effect arriving at the stadium earlier than usual?”
🗣”I hope not, we will see.”
