Paul Pogba joked that he doesn’t know how to tackle after conceding a penalty in Manchester United’s 6-2 Europa League semi-final rout against Roma.
Pogba was at his imperious best for United throughout but a minor blip came when he was punished for handling the ball in the area as the Italian giants equalised in the early stages.
The Frenchman was deemed to have his arms in an unnatural position when blocking a cross, a decision that frustrated some fans who were not sure what else the midfielder could have done.
It’s not the first time Pogba has been a danger to United in their own box this season but that didn’t hinder his performance at all as he was one of the most influential stars in blowing Roma away after the pause.
Pogba dominated in the middle of the park and was rewarded with a goal as he headed in a superb fifth from a corner.
He led from the front alongside Edinson Cavani and Bruno Fernandes in attack and was delighted with the second-half turnaround after United inexplicably fell behind at the break.

"I just don't know how to tackle! Why should I tackle?
"That's my problem, I try to tackle and be the English guy. I need to practice more!" 🤣
Mission accomplished for Manchester United and Paul Pogba, even if there was one *minor* blip 😉
